Valentine's Day

I'm a big proponent of the family bed. I just wasn't expecting it to go on this long.

Last year, the children had a long break for President's Day weekend, half day on Friday on off on Monday. It also happened to be Valentine's Day weekend, so we opted out of the romantic couple's getaway we were invited to. Their only young once, right? Instead, off we went to New York City for a family getaway.

When a mistake was made with our reservation, all six of us ended up in one bedroom. What could  be more romantic? Good thing I had years of family bed training, I know how to sleep small. Real life inspiration for our February comic.
